Today, a "Tim Martyn" from the Web site Daily News Bin posted a "report" about how the Kentucky gubernatorial election was stolen. Martyn gave no sources, no quotations, no data, and no logic. The report is pathetic innuendo, but it has gotten a little play on Facebook.

Who is Tim Martyn? In my opinoin, it appears "he" is a pseudonym. There is no "Tim Martyn" appearing on any other Web site. He's never worked for another news outlet, he's got no Facebook page or LinkedIn page or any other presence outside of Daily News Bin. No family, no friends, no past.

What is Daily News Bin? It is a "news" Web site created on February 16, 2015. No one knows who owns the domain, because it was registered secretly using the company Domains By Proxy. Rather obviously, I think, Daily News Bin has something to hide. Daily News Bin claims to be run by Bill Palmer, its "Senior Editor". There is, apparently, a "Bill Palmer". He's written all of two articles (that I can find) for BeatWeek, a music magazine. He claims to be the magazine's editor-in-chief, but if you go to BeatWeek's Web site and try to verify that -- you discover that the "About" page is an attack-page full of viruses that attempts to take over your computer. In fact, that's true of almost every page on BeatWeek's Web site, except for their "Contact Us" page.

When I visited the page, there were four "reporters" at Daily News Bin: Cara Harris, Tim Martyn, Christy Bishop Cricow, Reggie Smith, and Anita Finlay Harris. Martyn, and Smith seem not to exist. The only "Christy Bishop Cricow" I can find with a Google search is an interior designer and sticker manufacturer who lives in Eugene, Oregon. Anita Finlay Harris is a real person, who holds right-wing/libertarian views (she's a regular contributor to the right-wing The Jerry Doyle Show, the right-wing Americans Talk Radio Network, the right-wing Midpoint With Ed Berliner, the right-wing Talk Radio Network, and more). But if you search Daily News Bin for anything she's written, nothing comes up. Nor does a Google search of her name and Daily News Bin.

If you read the articles on Daily News Bin, IMHO it's clearly the site is a poorly written pro-Hillary Clinton site. It does nothing but promote Hillary Clinton. It talks as if Hillary Clinton already won the Democratic nomination for president. Now, Daily News Bin has Tech, Music, and Entertainment sections. But if you go to them, you discover them either empty or full of pro-Hillary Clinton articles.

I'm all for political Web sites. But this is a joke. It's so poorly done, I'm shocked anyone believes it.

Worse, if the site is in any way connected with Clinton, it's immoral, unethical, and an appalling manipulation of the news cycle. She should disown it.

  1. According to Wikipedia: A supporter of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign in 2008, Anita Finlay ... is currently on the writing staff of The New Agenda, a bi-partisan organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls, as well as Co-founder and writer for the The Daily News Bin, a Pro-Hillary Clinton blog." Although I don't see her by-line on DNB articles, she has frequently links to DNB on both her Facebook and Twitter accounts.

    2. Bill Palmer runs Donald Trump is not my Presidents Facebook page to collect articles for his blog pages: Palmer Report ( http://www.palmerreport.com/ ) and Daily News Bin( http://www.dailynewsbin.com/) both blogs are clickbait sites. He is also passing himself of as a political journalist, which he is not. Before his self-proclaimed journalism career he used to be math major and a teacher.

  4. I am a lifelong Democrat. I have voted in every national election since 1960! There are hundreds of thousands of people like me, if not millions! Establishment politicians don't seem to have any idea how important it is to us that Bernie gets the nomination! For all of you who have gotten on the Hillary train I would suggest you get off now before it is too late! I do not want Donald Trump as president of this country and Bernie is the only one who can prevent that! Guess who will be blamed if we have to salute a president Trump!

    1. You miss your mark. It has never been about where Bernie two face wanted to take healthcare and education, hell Hillary wanted a similar destination. It was always about how Bernie didn't vote till he could vote for himself, how he promised revolution and had no plan for achieving it, how he promised a clean campaign and gave the dirtiest one, how he promised to get leftist candidates elected and gave no money and support, how he was against Super delegates and then for, how he hired Ted Divine the super delegate creating super corrupt political activist, how he mansplained to women, whitesplained to Minorities and Straightsplained to gays, his claiming to be anti establishment when he whole working life was being a frigging politician. Ugh hideous hypocrite.

    2. Bernie is the only honest candidate. The only force that is capable of bringing the corruption and lies lay bare before all of us to see in the light is the integrity of Bernie Sanders. The hypocrisy, lies and corruption are no match for the good within this man. Hillary is destroying the DNC and will bring Donald Trump to the white house since Bernie Sanders voters will not vote for a corrupt candidate.

    3. The Patriarch..... are you serious with the garbage you just wrote? Literally every.single.thing you wrote about Bernie is incorrect. I'm starting to think you must be Bill Clinton. There is no other excuse for the blatant misinformation you just spewed.

  5. Bill Palmer exists. He's ready to find on Facebook. He appears entirely crazy and not well educated, certainly not a credible journalist.

    1. A Facebook page is no proof. If he exists, where was he born? Where did he go to high school? College? Most people have dozens of pictures out on the web? Where's a LinkedIn profile? ...

  11. I have read stories on that site that had quote from a sources. When I went to the sources the articles were talking about something totally different. Totally dishonest web site. At best, I think it is more of a blog. It is not a legitimate news source.

  12. Anita Finlay is a longtime supporter of Clinton. She was an actress on "The Young and the Restless" and she has a blog that is mostly dedicated these days to singing the praises of Clinton. She wrote a book published in 2012 titled " Dirty Words on Clean Skin: Sexism and Sabotage" that is all about how Clinton is an innocent victim of sexists and pure as the driven snow. Her book is part of the Clinton Library collection Note that she was removed from the website's list of contributors. She has also acted as spokesperson for several Fortune 500 companies.
This trash bin...I mean "news" bin is a complete joke. It's obviously coming from Clinton supporters and while I'd guess we won't find direct money coming from her campaign, there are certainly ties.

  13. "Bill Palmer" has threatened me with a libel suit. I can't tell if it is Palmer; anyone with an email address can claim to be anyone they want.

    1. He is fake as you said. Stand strong! They wont risk an actual lawsuit because ti would mean that the people pulling the strings there would have to officially come forward! Theyre trying to silence you!

    2. IF it was on Twitter, yeah, he did the same thing to me when I posted a link to their garbage propaganda site and called them out on it. THen he blocked me on Twitter shortly thereafter because I kept it up.

  14. Daily Trash Bin is a Hillary propaganda site. On their About page, at least they are honest enough to list their propagandists. If you click on the link to each one's "articles" they are all hit pieces on Bernie or prop pieces on Hillary. Total garbage. I disagreed with one of their articles and they accused me of libel and blocked me on Twitter.

  17. His stories usually feature click-bait headlines aimed at getting liberals' hopes up.

He's not a reporter by any stretch of the imagination. He does no independent research or investigating. He's a blogger. All he does is paraphrase what the mainstream news outlets are already reporting on.

His articles are like the Reader's Digest version of the news, with his own spin & conspiracy theories thrown in. His sloppy articles are equivalent to supermarket tabloid rubbish.

And it's laughable how he threatens to sue anyone who dares to question his credentials. I doubt he could afford the attorney fees.
