The Law of Desire (La ley del deseo) is a 1987 film by Pedro Almodovar. Astonishingly, it is NOT on blu-ray anywhere in the United States. It's like Almodovar is ashamed of it or something.
Eusebio Poncela plays a gay man who is a huge success as a film director. He meets obsessive but hot young fan Antonio Banderas and fucks him -- even though Poncela is already in love with hot (and even younger) Miguel Molina. The Poncela's sister, played by Carmen Maura, is a transgender woman with an incestuous secret that destroyed her parents' marriage. She cares for her niece -- played by Manuela Velasco. Poncela and Maura's mother is played by the Spanish transsexual actress and singer, Bibi Andersen.
The younger lover's death leads to a series of hilarious as well as troubling incidents as the murderer tries to cover up the crime.
Here's Carman Maura and Manuela Velasco.
The delightful Miguel Molina!
Antonio Banderas, prior to having anal sex for the first time...
Banderas and Poncela spoon. There's plenty of nudity in the film, but... well, I'm shy and won't post it.
